Your product has to be presented in a unique way, shown with high-quality images, videos, and custom text, customized for each different retail outlet, intending to entice a "Want" from the consumer. Then we design a marketing campaign that gets the word out to the shoppers needing and wanting your product.
We carry branded and non-branded items. We maintain the integrity of the product but can make it slightly different for each selling platform. That way your product can sell in multiple markets so you get in front of those dedicated shoppers that only buy from that marketplace.
We can be transparent with you through the process, and you can even approve or disapprove of promotional materials. Then we fulfill the demands of each marketplace by shipping your product directly to each customer that orders your product.

For starters, we will need samples of your product line. Also you provide us with the best per piece price, you also provide a case price with box dimensions and weight (unless the case price includes shipping to our warehouse). We will determine a suggested retail selling price for your item shipped to an individual customer. Every marketplace is different so this varies, in short we receive 4 to 8 dollars per package shipped. The more we sell, the better for both of us.
We sell branded (trademarked) and unbranded items. We also have some brand names that we own that we could place you under. Some of our retailers request to brand under one of their brand names as well. Many items sold are unbranded.
There is no standard timeline for a specific product. Some products get up and selling in 3 months or so, others can take up to 9 months before results come in.
In the beginning, we will pick your brain for suggestions of selling successes you have had in the past, any text, photos, videos etc. Once a product goes live, we will make periodic request for replacement stock via email. We supply your team with the shipping labels or pallet delivery instructions to our warehouse. We adjust the pricing and the promotions of the items to increase sales over time. At any point you can also make changes to the content of the ads, but you don't have to, as we stay within the original integrity guidelines of each product sold. If a new approach is needed we will contact you and ask if it would be ok.
With each box shipped, we include a thank you card encouraging a positive review or if they are unhappy with the product there is an 800 toll free number for them to call. We make every attempt to make customers happy with the purchase including replacement parts and free gifts. Plus we give a 100% satisfaction guarantee with every purchase and free returns. Some customers, are not happy shoppers and will give bad reviews as part of their personality no matter what we offer, some not giving an opportunity to make them happy at all.
